Day(s) Thirty and Thirtyone

31-

7:30 am- 1 serving of cheerios, 4 oz of juice

9-10:30am- 10oz of coffee

12:30pm- turkey wrap, side of pasta salad

8pm- chicken sandwich, 2 cups of coffee

total water 90oz

Did I work out? YES, 10 minutes of sprints, and arms, legs, and abs

How do I feel? I feel great! finally I've lost 2 inches off my waits but still haven't shed the pounds!


Day 30-

9:45am- egg and cheese on whole wheat, fruit salad, 8oz of coffee

1:00pm- roast beef sandwich, side of Cole slaw

7pm- spaghetti left overs and a mixed green salad, 1 beer
total water 80oz

Did I work out? Yes, 10 min of sprints, legs arms, and abs

How do I feel? pretty good!

Day Twentynine (for real)

What I ate:
8am- fruit yogurt

9am-11am- coffee with h&h and sugar

12:30pm- half of a chicken wrap, veggie salad, 1 serving of chips, lots of water

3pm- iced coffee, (brownie)

4-7pm- lots of water

7pm- spaghetti with veggie meat sauce (1 serving) mixed green salad, 48 oz of water, 2 glasses of wine

Did I work out? Yes, biked 8 miles, did 10 minutes of sprints, and worked on abs and arms

How do I feel? I feel great... guilty about the weekend and the weakness I've been having towards sweets :(

What I ate:
8am- yogurt

10am- 100 cal granola bar, 8 oz of coffee

1pm- chicken salad salad, 24 oz of water

2-4pm- 24 oz of water

7pm- fish and chips, 1 beer, 24 oz of water

9pm- 8 oz of water


Did I work out? Yes, 30 min cardio, and ab and arm work

How do I feel? I feel ok, should have eated what I did for dinner though.

12:30pm- veggie pita, side potato salad, 24 oz of water

3pm- 8oz of coffee, 24 oz of water

7pm- tuna salad salad with 2 hard boiled eggs, 24 oz of water

Did I work out? Yes, I went to skate practice for 2 hours

H0w do I feel? I feel great, but why can't I lose something, anything!!!???

Did I work out? no. :(

How do I feel? hopeless!

10am- whole grain waffle, low cal yogurt. Coffee.

1pm- tuna sandwich, water, coffee

7pm- grilled veggie chicken salad, mixed greens

WATER lots of water

10pm- 2 beers 1 serving of popcorn.

Did I work out? Yes, took the hardest spinning class of my life! omg

How do I feel? very very sore.

What I ate:

12pm- omelet, juice, coffee with h&h and sugar

3pm- hot wings (what else) 3 beers

10pm- veggie bbq sandwich 4 mixed drinks

Did I work out? Kinda, I went to bike prom and danced a whole bunch and then biked home

2pm- veggie pizza 2 slices

6pm- salad, cup of soup, chicken, soft serve

Did I work out? Yes, I practiced for derby try outs and broke a nasty sweat!

How do I feel? I ate too much this weekend!!! ugh...
