Day Three

Today I ate:

12pm: 1.5 servings of fruity bunny cereal with 1.2 cup of 1% milk, and 120z of coffee with h&h and agave.

3pm: 1 cupcake and 16oz of water

6pm:16 oz of water

8:30pm- 2 servings of nachos and 2 chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, sour cream, and guacamole. 1 large fish bowl margarita (the size of 2 margaritas) two bites of ice cream, and 12 oz of water

Total water: 44oz

Did I work out? NO

How do I feel? After eating such a big meal I regretted it even though it tasted so good.  I don't think I am going to eat like this again for a long time.

Day Two

Today I ate:
11am- 2 servings of fruit medly, 2 eggs, 12 oz of coffee with h&h and agave
3pm- one cheese quesadilla, 24 oz of water, 8oz of Horchata drink
9pm- i1.5 servings of vegetable lasagna, 2 servings of Cesar salad, 120z of red wine
24 oz of water

Total Water: 48oz

Did I work out: NO, typical work out schedule is m-f, today is sat.

How do I feel: I feel good today, the fifth day since I started working out, I have more energy and I am not sore.

Day One

This is the first of many posts. I will be posting everyday to keep track of three things:
-What I ate, how many times, and what time
-My work out, what I did, and what time
-And, how I feel about my day

DAY 1:
What I ate
8am- breakfast consisting of a Greek yogurt with strawberry preserves, 4oz of coffee with half-n-half and agave.

9am- 8oz of coffee with half-n-half and agave

1pm- grilled vegetable gyro

Between 1pm and 4pm- 48oz of water

5pm- one serving of strawberries, 100 calorie snack of cookies 16 oz of water

6:30pm- Hummus and low fat pita chips (one serving)

7:30pm- mixed green salad with ginger dressing, veggie burger with onion, Havarti cheese, tomato, vegan mayo, low sodium ketchup, and 2 slices of pickle 16oz of water

Between 8pm-11pm- 24oz of water

TOTAL WATER INTAKE: 104oz

Total work out:
Today I did less of a work out then I expected, which is disappointing to me. I biked about 9 miles and did 10minutes of cardio at the gym followed by stretches. The reason I did less of a work out is because today I met with a trainer for the first time and we mostly reviewed what I need to focus on. My goal as of right now is to lose 20 lbs in 2 months!
8:30 am- Biked 3.5 miles to work
4pm-Biked 3.5 miles home
8:30pm- Biked 1.5 miles to the gym
Worked out/met with trainer from 9-10pm
10pm-Biked 1.5 miles home

How I feel:
Today is day four of my new work out schedule, I am starting to feel good. The first three days I was very tired and sore but today I have more energy, although I am still sore... BUT IT'S A GOOD TYPE OF SORE. hehe. ;)
