11am- 2 servings of fruit medly, 2 eggs, 12 oz of coffee with h&h and agave
3pm- one cheese quesadilla, 24 oz of water, 8oz of Horchata drink
9pm- i1.5 servings of vegetable lasagna, 2 servings of Cesar salad, 120z of red wine
24 oz of water
Total Water: 48oz
Did I work out: NO, typical work out schedule is m-f, today is sat.
How do I feel: I feel good today, the fifth day since I started working out, I have more energy and I am not sore.
