Day Twentynine (for real)

What I ate:
8am- fruit yogurt

9am-11am- coffee with h&h and sugar

12:30pm- half of a chicken wrap, veggie salad, 1 serving of chips, lots of water

3pm- iced coffee, (brownie)

4-7pm- lots of water

7pm- spaghetti with veggie meat sauce (1 serving) mixed green salad, 48 oz of water, 2 glasses of wine

Did I work out? Yes, biked 8 miles, did 10 minutes of sprints, and worked on abs and arms

How do I feel? I feel great... guilty about the weekend and the weakness I've been having towards sweets :(
