Day(s) Thirty and Thirtyone

31-

7:30 am- 1 serving of cheerios, 4 oz of juice

9-10:30am- 10oz of coffee

12:30pm- turkey wrap, side of pasta salad

8pm- chicken sandwich, 2 cups of coffee

total water 90oz

Did I work out? YES, 10 minutes of sprints, and arms, legs, and abs

How do I feel? I feel great! finally I've lost 2 inches off my waits but still haven't shed the pounds!


Day 30-

9:45am- egg and cheese on whole wheat, fruit salad, 8oz of coffee

1:00pm- roast beef sandwich, side of Cole slaw

7pm- spaghetti left overs and a mixed green salad, 1 beer
total water 80oz

Did I work out? Yes, 10 min of sprints, legs arms, and abs

How do I feel? pretty good!
