what I ate:
9am- egg and cheese sandwich, 20 oz of coffee with sugar and h&h
2pm- 24 oz of water, granola bar
4pm- tuna sandwich on whole wheat with greens, tomato , and cheese. side of fries (roughly one serving)
5-8pm 24+ oz of water
9pm- 4 small slices of veggie pizza and 1 gin and tonic, about 24 oz of water.
Did I work out? NO, after my intense work out yesterday my body was very sore, but what I did do was some heavy lifting, I had to take old furniture to good will and the city dump, it felt like a work out, but I'm not going to count it as one.
How do I feel? I feel pretty good. I was craving some not so good foods. I find that if I deny myself the food that I want then I will only want it more causing me to crash.
