8am- 1 serving of cheerios, milk, 4oz of juice, 8 oz of coffee with h&h and sugar
10am- carrots, 100 cal chewy bar
1pm- veggie pita wrap, small side pasta salad, 24 oz of water
3pm- 8 oz of coffee
7:30 pm- one serving of pasta, and soy bean pea pods, 48 oz of water, cherry soda
Did I work out? Yes, I did 30 min of cardio, ab and arm work
How do I feel? I feel energized!
