What I ate:
9:30 am- 2 whole grain waffles with real maple syrup and margarine , 1 peach, one cup of juice, 2 cups of coffee.
1pm- 1 cup of coffee and 24 oz of water
4:30pm- veggie pattie on whole grain bun and a side of carrots, 24 oz of water
6-7 pm- 24 oz of water
8pm- one serving of alfredo, side salad, 2 glasses of wine, 24 oz of water
Did I work out? Yes, I took a spinning class
How do I feel? I feel pretty good but I felt like I needed more water through out the day.
