What I ate:
8am-1/2 blueberry muffin
juice
9am-8oz of coffee with h&h and agave
24 oz of water
2pm- turkey sandwitch on whole wheat
24 oz of water
4pm- small 5 oz coffee
24 oz of water
7:30pm- one serving ravioli, mixed green salad
9-11pm- 3 beers
Did I work out? Yes, I met with my trainer and learned some new moves, what ahard work out!
How do I feel? I feel pretty good, wish I didnt have all that beer!
