Day Twentyone

What I ate:

8am- 1/2 bran muffin, 4 oz of juice

9-11am- 8 oz of coffee with h&h and sugar

1pm- 24 oz of water, chef salad

3pm- iced chai

4-7pm- 48 oz of water

7:30pm- mixed green salad, veggie burger, 1 beer, 24 oz of water

Did I work out? Yes, I went to a spinning class

How do I feel? losing this beer belly is harder then I thought :(
