8am- Greek yogurt with strawberry preserves 1 serving, 1 cup of coffee with agave and h&h
1pm- chicken salad, salad with vinaigrette dressing, med. coffee with 2 raw sugar packets and h&h.

The work out:
I took the metro to work today and when I got off work at 5 I walked from 17th and New York ave. Nw to the china town metro. I went to the gym and did 30 min of cardio, lifted weights, worked on abs, legs, and upper body. I spent about an hour and a half working out.
How I feel: After having such a bad weekend (diet wise) I went hard on myself today. I did no snacking and I made sure I drank enough water. The extra walking made all the difference. I feel great! It is going to be hard to stick to this but, I know I can do it. I just need to keep my mind on the fact that this is good for me.
