Day Fourteen

What I ate:

8am- one glass of juice, one serving of honey nut cheereos with 1% milk

9am- one cup of coffee with h&h and agave

10am- gapes

1pm- roasted chicken Mediterranean salad with veggies. 24 oz of water

3pm- brownie, 24 oz of water

4pm- 8oz of tea with honey

8pm- one corn muffin, blt salad topped with shrimp, water, and 1 mixed drink

Did I work out? Yes, I did cardio, ab, and leg work

How do I feel? I feel pretty good, I am guilty about the brownie and I wanted to work out longer but I didn't have time to, 45min was all I got.
