Day Twelve and Thirteen

What I ate:

10:00am- Granola Bar, 12 oz of coffee

2pm- 24 oz of water, chicken salad salad, 8oz of coffee

8pm- homemade veggie wontons, wine, 24 oz of water

Did I work out? No

How do I feel: I feel ok, should have worked out though.

What I ate:
9am- grapes and granola bar, 120z of coffee

12pm-24 oz of water

2pm- left over wontons, and a garden salad with grains, 24 oz of water

5pm-24 oz of water

8:30pm- veggie sausage, rizzoto, and a garden salad. 1/2 of a beer, 24 oz of water

Did I work out? Yes, went to the gym did Cardio, and upper body training, some ab work

How do I feel? I feel ok, It's been 2 weeks and Ive only lost 1lb. But I'm going to keep trying!
