What I ate:
8am- yogurt, 8 oz of coffee
10m- apple
1pm- half veggie wrap, side pasta salad, 1 cookie, 24 oz of water
3pm- 8oz of coffee, cookie snack
7:30pm- tuna sandwich, side of corn, 1 beer.
Did I work out? no. :(
How do I feel? hopeless!
