Day Ten

What I ate: 
9am- 8oz of coffee with h&h and agave

12pm- egg and spinach omelet, one serving of potatoes, one slice of cantaloupe, 8oz of coffee
24 oz of water

5pm- granola bar, and 1 slice of cheese
24 oz of water

7pm- 1 bowl of chicken noodle soup, side of cucumber salad, 1 cup of sprite, 1 scoop of icecream
24 oz of water

9pm- 1 beer

Did I work out? Yes, I biked 20 miles down and up beach drive


How do I feel?  I feel pretty good, I know I slipped up a little bit over the weekend but now it's monday morning and I am staying on track!
