Days Sixteen and Seventeen

Day Sixteen

What I ate: 
12pm:  2 whole grain waffles with natural syrup, fruit salad, juice, and 8oz of coffee

4pm-  cheese and pita chip (one serving) 30 oz of water

7pm- Sushi dinner with 1 gin and tonic

8pm-1am- 5 mixed drinks

Did I work out? No not technically but I got a pretty good work out in the garden, planting flowers.

How do I feel? I feel pretty good.  I drank too much but I havent gone out in a while and I had fun.

Day Seventeen

What I ate: 

11am- Egg and cheese on whole wheat toast, juice.

12-5pm- 48 oz of water

6pm- veggie chili nachos, chicken salad, iced tea, and water

Did I work out? Yes, I went roller skating and really worked up a sweat!

How do I feel? I felt like crap this morning I'm not going out drinking like that for a while!  I felt better through out the day and I had a wonderful time roller skating!!!
