8am- 1 serving of fruity bunnies cereal, 1 cup of milk, one cup of orange juice, 8oz of coffee with h&h and agave.
1pm- seafood salad salad, apple, banana, 24oz of water
7pm- 1 serving of light popcorn, 48oz of water
9pm- one serving of roasted chicken, one serving of crab cake, one serving of rice, and one cup of coffee.
Did I work out? Yes, I did a spinning class which made me sweat like crazy it was great, and I did ab work. i also biked 8 miles.
How do I feel?
I feel great, I ate right today and I got a great work out while having fun!
