What I ate:
8am- 1/2 of a bran muffin, 8 oz of juice, 8oz of coffee with h&h and sugar
2pm- chicken salad salad, 24 oz of water
between meals- 48 oz of water
8:30pm- chicken cheese steak, hand full of fries and vegan Cole slaw, 8 oz of coffee, 24 oz of water
Did I work out? No, but I did metro and do a lot of walking
How do I feel? I am disseminated in myself for what I had for dinner, I felt kinda sick afterwords. I also can not believe that I went a week with out blogging!
