Day Fifth-teen

What I ate:
  8am- 1 serving of fruity bunnies, 1% milk
   Juice, 1 cup

9am- 8oz of coffee with h&h and agave

10am- grapes 24 oz of water

1:30pm- chicken salad salad 24 oz of water

4pm- almonds 

8pm- veggie chicken nuggets, mixed salad, 1 beer 24 oz of water

Did I work out? Yes, I met with my trainer and  worked on my legs and upper body strength and I also did cardio

How do I feel? I feel great it was such a good work out today!
