Day Twentyfive

What I ate:
10am- whole grain waffle, low cal yogurt. Coffee.

1pm- tuna sandwich, water, coffee

7pm- grilled veggie chicken salad, mixed greens

WATER lots of water

10pm- 2 beers 1 serving of popcorn.

Did I work out? Yes, took the hardest spinning class of my life! omg

How do I feel? very very sore.
