8am- 1 serving of fruity bunnies,one cup of milk.
9-11am- 8oz of coffee with h&h and agave
12pm- 100 cal. granola and chocolate bar
1pm- mango chicken salad
8pm- 1 serving of Alfredo mac n cheese, side mixed spinach and veggie salad
Did I work out? YES!!! I met with my trainer at the gym and worked on 4 very difficult exercises to strengthen my upper body. They were incredibly hard. I am going to work on them from now on to tone and strengthen myself up!
How do I feel? Today when I was doing the upper body work out I realized how weak I actually am in my upper body and it made me feel kinda bad. But! I am going to change all of that and for the first time in my life work on my upper body strength.
