Day Six

What I ate:
8am- 1 serving of fruity bunnies cereal, 1/2 cup of milk, one glass of orange juice, and 2 cups of coffee

12noon- Greek salad, 1 piece of fried fish, fruit salad

from 12-5 48oz of water

8pm-1 serving sweet and sour shrimp, 2 servings of soy beans, 48oz of water

9pm- 1 cup of coffee

Did I work out? YES, I worked out for about an hour and I did 1/2 hour of cardio, abs, stretches, leg work, and upper body work, and a total of 8 miles of biking for my daily round trip commute.

How do I feel? I feel great! I think I might have started to lose some weight, my clothes are starting to fit better, I have more energy, I'm happier, I have more spunk, and it's only been a week and a half!
