Day Eighteen

What I ate:

9am- egg and cheese on whole wheat bread with a fruit salad

9-1pm- 8 oz of coffee with h&h and agave

2pm- chicken salad,salad. 24 oz of water

3pm- 8 oz of coffee

5pm- 2 beers, 24 oz of water

8pm- veggie chicken Pattie on whole wheat with spinach, tomato, cheese
24 oz of water


Did I work out? No, I feel lazy.


How do I feel? I feel like I should have worked out!
